The Membership & Engagement Committee is responsible for building and sustaining a strong, connected SEBA community. This committee leads efforts to recruit, onboard, and retain members by enhancing the overall membership experience. Key responsibilities include developing membership benefits, facilitating networking opportunities, and maintaining ongoing communication to ensure members feel supported, valued, and actively engaged in SEBA’s mission.

The Education & Training Committee advances SEBA’s mission by developing high-quality learning opportunities grounded in evidence-based practices in behavior analysis. This committee plans and coordinates workshops, continuing education events, and professional development initiatives. It also supports students and early-career professionals by promoting skill-building, mentorship, and access to industry expertise.

The Communications & PR Committee promotes SEBA’s visibility, brand identity, and outreach efforts. This committee manages internal and external communications, including media, social media, newsletters, podcasts, and promotional campaigns. It plays a key role in highlighting member achievements, increasing event participation, and ensuring consistent, professional messaging that reflects SEBA’s values and goals.

The Events & Programming Committee is responsible for planning and executing SEBA’s events, including workshops, networking opportunities, and community initiatives. This committee manages event logistics such as scheduling, registration, and coordination to ensure seamless and engaging experiences. It works collaboratively with other committees to align programming with member needs and organizational goals.
